A Ribbon Around My Finger

Molly spent last night in her own bed, in her own room, all by herself, for the first time.  I think it was more traumatic for me than for her.  Exhibit A:  She is sleeping peacefully and I'm up taking a picture of the monitor next to me in bed.

She's been handling the sleep training relatively well.  Last night she woke up a handful of times but went back to sleep without me needing to feed her or pick her up at all.  The longest stretch of middle-of-the-night-awake-time was about 45 minutes at 5:15.

So I thought, what a milestone!  First night in her crib!  And then I realized that I was going to forget all the specific details of her at this age except for these big milestones.  Since I've got to post these things all the time anyway, I'm going to record them here.  So unless the internet crumbles I can look back and remember.

Love how much you can see her swoop in this one :)

Molly Likes: The Itsy Bitsy Spider book, funny noises, being tickled by daddy, chewing on metal (I know, weird.  She chews on the wrong end of her bink strap and spoons all the time.), being outside - no matter the temperature, music mommy singing and dancing laughing at mommy trying to sing and dance

Molly Dislikes: putting her arms through her sleeves, clapping, ANY chunks in her food, daddy yelling (at anything or anyone for any reason)

Milestones: sitting, two teeth popping through, eating cereal and veggies, went to Disneyworld, first ND game

Food: carrots, sweet potatoes, avocados, squash, zucchini, PICKLES!!!
