On Saturday, Funcle Bobby gave us a tour of WashU's campus. Mol needed a picture next to the bears, as WashU's mascot is the bear. Funcle Jimmy really got into character...
but needed a buddy to get the full effect.
Here she is in front of Brookings Hall.
And, after some time, we convinced her that she should let other people be in the pictures too.
No matter, as long as we were outside walking around she was a happy camper.
For some reason we thought going for ice cream after lunch was a good idea - despite the very cold weather.

With an indoor pool at the hotel, we got to squeeze in a Molly's First Swim Lesson.

She did a great job and had a blast!
For lunch today, before we left town, we went to Pappy's Smokehouse where we had an immense amount of meat. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken...all so fantastic. Molly tasted everything and loved it! We even got to meet the owner who gave her her own Pappy's t-shirt.
Unfortunately, because of the weather, we weren't able to go up into the arch. We did spend some time in the park around it though and got some great shots (thanks to Funcle Bobby's artistic eye).
All in all, we had a BLAST and can't wait to go back and visit again.
