We spent some time working on a masterpiece...
We started sleeping with baby...
We practiced and practiced and practiced our walking...
We made Mommy's crazy handprint idea come to life...
And, we overcame rainbowtunnelphobia (fear of crawling through the rainbow tunnel)...
Somebody has been quite the busy bee!

I hadn't really thought beyond one kid but I wanted to do one of these each year for Mol in her favorite color (once she has a favorite color). I thought it would be cute to see her handprint grow.
DeleteI wish someone had been there taking pictures while we were doing it. She was very confused the entire time and version 1 didn't turn out well because she kept squishing the paint around on her hand and it would glob up by the time I got it to the glass. Finally I opted to just paint it very very thinly on her hand which worked better. Still took a couple tests but definitely was an improvement.
